These terms govern the use of the BAD ERP Facebook / Instagram lead ads integration operated by TIRKASHOV OG'ABEK.

The service

The integration connects a business's Facebook Pages to its BAD ERP CRM so that lead ad submissions arrive as deals. It is provided to businesses that use BAD ERP; the person connecting must be authorised to manage the Pages and their leads.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only Pages you are allowed to manage and use lead data in line with the law and Meta’s Platform Terms and lead ads policies, including the privacy notice shown in your lead forms.
• Keep your BAD ERP user accounts secure.

Availability

We aim for continuous operation but the service is provided “as is”. If a notification from Meta is missed, the integration re-reads recent leads periodically. We may change or discontinue the integration with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TIRKASHOV OG'ABEK is not liable for indirect losses or for outages of Meta’s services.
